ข้อมูลที่เราเก็บ / Data We Collect

เมื่อคุณเข้าสู่ระบบด้วย Google หรือ Apple เราเก็บ ชื่อและอีเมล ของบัญชีเพื่อสร้างโปรไฟล์ผู้ใช้ (ถ้าคุณเลือกซ่อนอีเมลตอนใช้ Sign in with Apple เราจะได้รับเฉพาะอีเมลสำหรับส่งต่อของ Apple เท่านั้น) กรณีบัญชีทดสอบที่เราสร้างให้ทีมรีวิวของสโตร์ จะใช้อีเมลและรหัสผ่านแทน

ข้อมูลอื่นทั้งหมดเป็นข้อมูลที่คุณบันทึกเองในแอป ได้แก่ ข้อมูลลูก (ชื่อ วันเกิด เพศ) ชื่อผู้ดูแลที่คุณตั้งเอง บันทึกกิจวัตร (การให้นม การนอน การขับถ่าย ฯลฯ) น้ำหนัก/ส่วนสูง ประวัติวัคซีน เช็กลิสต์ โน้ตและข้อความที่คุณกับสมาชิกครอบครัวเขียนถึงกันในแอป และรูปภาพที่คุณอัปโหลด (ทั้งในอัลบั้มและที่แนบมากับโน้ต)

When you sign in with Google or Apple we store your account name and email to create your profile. If you choose to hide your email with Sign in with Apple, we only receive Apple's private relay address. Test accounts we create for store review teams use an email and password instead.

All other data is what you record in the app: child profile (name, birth date, sex), caregiver names you set, daily-care logs (feeding, sleep, diapering, etc.), growth measurements, vaccination records, checklists, notes and messages you and your family members write to each other in the app, and photos you upload (both in the album and attached to notes).

ที่เก็บข้อมูล / Where Data Is Stored

Data is stored securely on Supabase (Singapore region). Access is restricted with Row Level Security — only family members you invite can see your child's data. Photos live in a private bucket accessible only through short-lived signed URLs.

สิ่งที่เราไม่ทำ / What We Never Do

เราไม่ขาย ไม่แชร์ ไม่ใช้โฆษณา และไม่ส่งข้อมูลของคุณหรือของลูกให้บุคคลที่สามใดๆ ไม่มีระบบวิเคราะห์พฤติกรรม (analytics/tracking) ในแอป

We never sell or share your data, show ads, or send your child's data to any third party. The app contains no analytics or tracking.

การลบข้อมูล / Data Deletion

คุณลบข้อมูลรายการใดก็ได้ในแอปทันที และลบบัญชีได้เองจากในแอป ที่หน้า ครอบครัว → ลบบัญชีและข้อมูลทั้งหมด เมื่อลบบัญชี ระบบจะลบโปรไฟล์ผู้ใช้ โน้ตและข้อความที่คุณเขียน และถอนคุณออกจากทุกครอบครัวที่เป็นสมาชิกทันที

ข้อมูลที่คุณเคยจดไว้ในครอบครัวที่มีสมาชิกคนอื่นอยู่ด้วยจะยังคงอยู่ให้สมาชิกที่เหลือใช้ต่อ แต่จะไม่มีชื่อคุณกำกับอีกต่อไป หากต้องการให้ลบข้อมูลของลูกทั้งหมดออกจากระบบด้วย ให้ลบโปรไฟล์ลูกก่อนแล้วค่อยลบบัญชี หรือติดต่อ admin@consciencex.info เราจะดำเนินการภายใน 7 วัน

You can delete any record inside the app immediately, and you can delete your account from within the app under Family → Delete account and all data. Deleting your account removes your user profile, the notes and messages you wrote, and your membership in every family, right away.

Records you logged in a family that still has other members remain available to those members, but are no longer attributed to you. If you also want your child's data erased entirely, delete the child profile first and then your account, or contact admin@consciencex.info — processed within 7 days.
